• When and where can I order?
  The menu is live Monday 8.am through Wednesday at 5pm and you can find the menu when clicking on “order online”
   

• What is the price range of each meal?
  Each meal varies in price. They can be $16-$20, depending on specials and the cost of market proteins.
   

• How many meals can I order?
  There is no quantity limit; order as many as you would like until the inventory is sold out.

• Where can I pick up my order?
  You can choose from the options available upon check out. Delivery can be done directly to you or workplace by choosing “delivery” option.
   

• Are the pick up locations members only,
  can it be delivered directly to my house?
  Certain locations are member only. You can see this on the menu page. But we do deliver directly to you in the greater Portland area. Please choose delivery upon check out and add your address for shipping.

• Do you have vegan options?
  Yes. We also offer dairy free and gluten free options upon request. You can make a note in “allergy/dietary restrictions” section upon choosing your meals.

• Do you offer catering?
  Yes, we offer orders from 25- 75 ppl(More upon inquiry) with at least a month in advance notice that includes a drop off prepared catering. A deposit is also needed to hold the date.Please reach out to thehungrygains@gmail.com for more information.

• Are your meals low in sodium?
  While not specifically “low sodium”, The Hungry Gains focuses on clean eating, locally sourced food and using the most natural of seasonings to enhance each meal.

• Where do you source your ingredients?
  We purchase our ingredients from several local Maine farmers and producers including Fairwinds Farm, Maine-LY Poultry, Upstream, and many more!

• We loved your dish from last week, is it available every week?
  Hungry Gains has a rotating menu, often based on seasonal availability. You will see the item again.

• Do you provide information about the calories and macros?
  Nutritional information is calculated through a format by a registered nutritionist/dietician and printed on each meal label.
